Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for assisting clients with technical support, troubleshooting, and ERP system guidance. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues customers may face.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for ERP systems and data entry works.
Assist clients with system implementation and maintenance.
Resolve technical issues and help clients maximize ERP capabilities.
Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to offer troubleshooting and advice.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service.
Data entry
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates with a background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Commerce.
Knowledge of ERP systems or willingness to learn quickly.
Solid communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
A keen interest in customer service and technical support.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
