Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with 710 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry. Candidates with experience in Pickles, Masala Powder, Biscuits, Snacks, or Confectionery will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage production manpower, shifts, and work allocation.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
- Monitor quality, hygiene, food safety, and GMP standards.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
- Minimize production wastage, downtime, and process losses.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile
- Male candidate with 7-10 years of experience in the Food Manufacturing/Processing Industry.
- Experience in Pickles, Masala Powder, Biscuits, Snacks, or Confectionery is preferred.
- Solid experience in production supervision, manpower handling, and shift management.
- Good knowledge of production planning, process control, GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc
