Role Summary

As a Sales Development Exective, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach by identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers. This is a high-impact, front-line sales role focused on outreach, relationship-building, and pipeline creation with potential prospects.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits when required.
- Understand customer needs and pain points, and articulate how our products can solve them.




- Own and manage the sales funnel from discovery call to product demo and handoff to senior closers or account managers.
- Maintain CRM hygiene by logging all prospecting activity, notes, and lead statuses.
- Work closely with the marketing team to localize campaigns and optimize messaging for your territory.
- Track and report weekly progress, KPIs, and feedback from the ground to sales leadership.
- Attend client meetings, visits, or regional events to represent AAAMT’s products and mission.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts to better position our solutions.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or an MBA preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development.
- Hunger to achieve and exceed targets with a solid sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to build rappo
