Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter based in Ahmedabad. The US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including gathering requirements, sourcing candidates through job portals,



social media, referrals, and internal databases, and screening resumes for technical and role fit. The role involves conducting phone and video interviews, coordinating technical interviews with clients, negotiating compensation, and managing offer processes. The US IT Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, update recruitment trackers and ATS, and collaborate closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand job needs and timelines. The role also includes building long-term relationships with consultants, staying current with US IT job market trends, and ensuring adherence to client-specific and internal recruitment processes.
