Job Summary:

IBEX is looking for an experienced
Site Director
to lead and manage its Noida site, operating as a Global Capability Center (GCC) supporting IT and software organizations.

The ideal candidate will be a strong
technology and people leader
with extensive experience managing technical teams, site operations, and senior stakeholders. The role will be responsible for overall site leadership, facilities, compliance, HR coordination, employee engagement, and technical workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall
Noida site operations
and serve as the senior-most site leader.
- Manage
facilities, administration, statutory compliance, safety, and security
.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and career development to technical and financial teams.
- Partner with
US-based stakeholders and client counterparts
across time zones.
- Provide technical guidance and effectively engage with
software engineers and developers
.
- Drive site-level
hiring, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement
.
- Ensure adequate
IT infrastructure, network connectivity,



and workstation readiness
.
- Maintain governance around
attendance, adherence, and performance management
.
- Manage local relationships with
government authorities, vendors, and statutory bodies
.
- Build a strong site culture focused on
employee engagement and retention
.
- Collaborate with global leadership to support the
growth and scaling of the Noida GCC
.

Qualifications Required
:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
.
- 16+ years of progressive professional experience
.
- Significant experience managing
software engineering or technical delivery teams
.
- Experience in
GCC, BPO/ITES, shared services, or similar environments
.
- Robust knowledge of software development practices and technical delivery models.
- Proven experience managing managers and
multidisciplinary teams
.
- Strong knowledge of
Noida/NCR labor laws, statutory compli
