Role & responsibilities

Provide leadership for the Group's manufacturing operations across Thrissur (Kerala) and Chennai (Tamil Nadu), ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Drive operational excellence, productivity, quality, and cost optimization across all manufacturing facilities.

Execute business strategies and annual operating plans in line with the Group's growth objectives.

Oversee Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, and Administration functions.

Ensure seamless coordination and best-practice implementation between both manufacturing locations.

Monitor plant performance through KPIs, budgets, production targets, and profitability metrics, taking corrective actions where necessary.

Drive revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for business expansion, process improvement, automation, and capacity enhancement.

Build, mentor, and develop leadership teams across both locations while fostering a high-performance culture.





Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, environmental, quality, and safety requirements across all facilities.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives, digital transformation, Lean Manufacturing, and operational excellence programs.

Maintain robust relationships with key customers, dealers, suppliers, financial institutions, and government authorities.

Present periodic operational and business performance reports, strategic recommendations, and improvement plans to the Managing Director.

Preferred candidate profile

Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.

Minimum 18 to 25 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with at least 1012 years in senior management roles.

Proven experience managing multi-location manufacturing operations, preferably in the plastics, pipes, sanitaryware, bathware, or allied manufacturing industries.
