RSIS International – International Publication House is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team at Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana.

Location: AltF Success Tower, Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana
Employment Type: Full-time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Assist with joining, onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and attendance data.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining MS Excel / Google Sheets trackers.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
- Assist the HR team with routine administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements




- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Freshers with a solid interest in Human Resources and Recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
