Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of Quality Engineers to ensure high-quality delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various applications using HL7, FHIR, Payments protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement fixes in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Analyze data from automated tests to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting with expertise in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
- Solid understanding of HL7, FHIR, Payments protocols and their application in healthcare/insurance industries.
- Proficiency in Automation Tester tools such as Selenium or equivalent; knowledge of Python programming language is an added advantage.
