Job Summary

H.S. Oberoi Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior CRM to manage post-sales customer relationships and ensure a smooth and skilled customer experience throughout the property lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, documentation, collections, possession, and coordination with internal departments while ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers from booking through possession and post-sales services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project, payment, documentation, possession, and other queries.
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and other departments for customer-related matters.
- Manage booking documentation, agreements, demand letters, receipts, statements of accounts, and other customer documents.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding payment schedules, outstanding dues,



collections, and payment confirmations.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and ensure timely collection as per agreed schedules.
- Coordinate the possession process, including possession letters, NOCs, documentation, handover, and related formalities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable RERA requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to bookings, collections, customer complaints, possession, and pending documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Relationship Management..
- Knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate documentation will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, CRM software, and MIS reporting.
