About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth through the company's exclusive distributor, retailer and corporate client network. The role will involve managing the assigned territory, developing the distributor network, expanding retailer coverage, generating corporate business, achieving sales targets and leading a team of Sales Executives.

The candidate will be responsible for driving the defined sales flow:

Company → Exclusive Distributor → Retailer → Consumer

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Channel, Retail & Corporate Business Development
- Develop, manage and expand the exclusive distributor network within the assigned territory and drive business through the channel: Company → Exclusive Distributor → Retailer → Consumer.
- Identify,



appoint and develop suitable exclusive distributors based on territory potential, while ensuring distributor productivity, stock availability, market coverage, secondary sales and overall business growth.
- Expand the retail network through distributor-led market development by identifying and onboarding recent retailers and ensuring strong product availability, visibility and market penetration.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen distributor and retailer relationships, assess market potential, monitor competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop direct business with corporate clients for exclusive product requirements by generating leads, conducting client meetings, presenting products, negotiating commercial terms and converting prospects into long-term business relationships.
