Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to generate leads and convert customers for our Forex/Foreign Currency Exchange services.

The candidate will communicate with students, travellers, and other customers to understand their foreign currency requirements and provide suitable forex solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate forex enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements for foreign currency, forex cards, cash currency, and related services.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed transactions.
- Explain rates, documentation, process, and service offerings clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Build good relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of confirmed forex orders.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and English communication preferred.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Sales-oriented attitude with strong follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Previous experience in forex, travel, banking, education, or tele-sales will be an added advantage.
