Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive
Client Support Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in both
voice and non-voice support
, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service while working in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client queries through
voice calls, email, and chat
in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve client concerns while ensuring a seamless support experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, tickets, and follow-up activities.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and service standards.
- Build long-term client relationships by delivering outstanding support.




- Utilize MS Office and internal systems to manage daily tasks efficiently.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience
in Client Support, Customer Service, Client Services, or a similar role.
- Experience in
both voice and non-voice processes
is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working
continuous night shifts
.
- Willing to work
5 days a week with rotational weekly offs
.
- Available to work
from our Aundh, Pune office
