About Liability Sales

The Liability Sales department focuses on liability acquisition, retail assets, and retail forex business for the Bank. The team drives business through branches across India and is responsible for sourcing retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts, and forex business with the objective of growing the Bank's retail customer base.

About the Role

Officer Sales is a front-line sales role responsible for acquiring current customers and generating business for the Bank. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, promoting banking products and services, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a field sales role that requires regular customer meetings, lead generation activities, and local travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for the Bank through field sales and relationship-building activities.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell Bank and third-party financial products.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to deepen engagement and drive business growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the organization.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert prospects into customers.
- Record and track sales activities through the CRM platform.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, regulatory, and Bank policies.
- Address customer queries and provide prompt resolution to enhance customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Officer Sales 1 (OS1)
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of sales experience.

Officer Sales 2 (OS2)
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant sales experience.
