Job Summary: CA/CMA Industrial Trainee:

We are looking for a CA/CMA Industrial Trainee to join our Finance team and gain hands-on exposure to FP&A;, business finance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial analysis. The role will involve working closely with finance and business teams to support management reporting, performance tracking, variance analysis, and decision-making while developing practical industry experience.

Key Exposure Areas:
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Monthly MIS and management reporting
- P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analysis
- Variance and profitability analysis
- Financial modelling and business analysis
- Working capital and cost tracking
- Business performance dashboards
- Support in month-end/quarter-end reporting
- Process improvement and automation
- Cross-functional interaction with Finance and Business teams

Eligibility: CA/CMA students eligible for Industrial Training, with solid analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a keen interest in FP&A; / Business Finance.
