We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Trainer Head to lead our training activities and ensure effective delivery of training programs. The candidate should have robust knowledge of Logistics, MERN Stack, Digital Marketing, and Growth Hacking.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the training team and training programs.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor training sessions.
- Ensure quality and effective delivery of training programs.
- Guide trainers and support them in improving training methodologies.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth execution of training activities.
- Monitor learner progress and collect feedback to improve training quality.
- Develop and implement effective training strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Knowledge




- Knowledge of Logistics
- Knowledge of MERN Stack
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing & Growth Hacking
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple training activities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Candidate
- Previous experience in training, team leadership, or a similar role will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong knowledge in the mentioned domains are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
