Role Description
The Collections Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing collections operations, including managing a team of collection officers, setting daily targets,



and monitoring performance to ensure timely recoveries. The Collections Manager will handle escalated cases, coordinate with banking and financial institution clients, and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational guidelines. Daily responsibilities include reviewing portfolio performance, analyzing overdue accounts, planning and implementing recovery strategies, and preparing accurate reports for senior management. The role also involves mentoring team members, optimizing workflows, and maintaining qualified, compliant communication with customers to achieve collection objectives.
