Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients/customers, handling field activities, maintaining good customer relationships, and completing assigned tasks within the given timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers/clients at assigned locations.
- Handle daily field activities and complete assigned targets.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Collect and verify required information/documents from customers.
- Coordinate with the office/team regarding field activities and updates.
- Prepare daily visit and activity reports.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Achieve assigned targets and maintain productivity.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned team.




- Follow company policies and procedures while working in the field.

Requirements
- 12th pass or Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, collection, delivery, or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable travelling within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and applications.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
