* Looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can handle online growth strategies and deliver measurable business results.

* Must have practical experience with **SEO** and a explicit understanding of how SEO works. Should be able to showcase previous SEO projects, improvements in rankings, organic traffic growth, and relevant case studies.

* Strong experience in **Google Ads**, including Search and Display campaigns. Should know how to create, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns with proven results and previous campaign case studies.

* Hands-on experience with **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)** including:

* Lead generation campaigns

* E-commerce sales campaigns

* App installation campaigns

* Audience targeting and campaign optimization

* Proven results with previous case studies

* Must have knowledge of **conversion tracking setup** including tracking leads, sales, website actions,



and campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and ad platform tracking.

* Ability to create complete **digital marketing strategies** for new and existing businesses based on their goals, target audience, and growth requirements.

* Should understand how to analyze business needs and create marketing plans using SEO, paid advertising, and other digital channels.

* Must be data-driven and focused on achieving business outcomes rather than only impressions, clicks, or traffic.

* Should be able to analyze campaign performance, identify problems, and continuously improve results.

* Must have a portfolio of previous work, including campaign reports, case studies, and examples of businesses they have helped grow.
