1. Design & Engineering

Develop 3D models and assemblies of water and wastewater treatment equipment using SOLIDWORKS.

Design tanks, clarifiers, settlers, filters, skids, piping supports, platforms, walkways, and equipment structures.

Prepare equipment layouts based on process requirements and site conditions.

Design sheet metal, fabricated components, and structural assemblies.

Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards and project specifications.

2. AutoCAD Drafting

Prepare detailed 2D fabrication drawings using AutoCAD.

Generate General Arrangement (GA) drawings.

Create piping layouts, isometric drawings, and equipment installation drawings.

Prepare civil interface drawings and foundation details.

Update drawings as per site modifications and client comments.

3. Piping & Plant Layout

Develop process piping layouts for ETP, STP, RO, UF, MBR, and ZLD systems.

Prepare P&IDs; in coordination with process engineers.

Design pipe routing, supports, valves,



and instrumentation locations.

Check accessibility for operation and maintenance.

4. Manufacturing & Fabrication Support

Prepare fabrication drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and welding details.

Generate Bill of Materials (BOM).

Coordinate with fabrication teams for manufacturability.

Resolve shop-floor design and assembly issues.

5. Project Coordination

Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and civil teams.

Attend design review meetings.

Incorporate client and consultant comments into drawings.

Support project execution and commissioning teams.

6. Documentation

Maintain drawing registers and revision control.

Prepare material take-offs and estimation support documents.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
