Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize workflows using ServiceNow tools.
- Develop technical documentation for IT services and support processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow platform.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in architecture or related field.
- Robust understanding of ServiceNow ITSM module (ITOM) including incident management, problem management, change management, etc.
- Experience in designing complex systems architecture for large-scale enterprises.
- Proven track record of implementing successful IT service management projects.
