We are a 50-year-old diversified business group with a solid PAN-India presence across industries such as jewellery and steel structures. Now venturing into Beauty & Personal Care, we are launching a premium skincare brand (manufactured in Korea) and seeking New Product Development Executive to assist in finalizing formulations and coordinating closely with international OEMs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate brand/product concepts into detailed technical briefs for OEM partners.
- Coordinate with international manufacturers to finalize formulations, packaging, fragrance, and product claims.
- Manage the product development cycle from concept to commercial launch, ensuring timelines are met.
- Conduct research on new ingredients, formats, and market trends to support innovation.




- Liaise with regulatory & documentation teams to ensure compliance with Indian (CDSCO) requirements.
- Work closely with marketing/branding team to align product specs with brand positioning.
- Support sampling, testing, and feedback loops until final product approval.

What Were Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in NPD/Technical role in Cosmetics / Personal Care industry.
- Strong understanding of skincare/cosmetic formulations & packaging.
- Prior experience in OEM/vendor coordination preferred.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
