Senior Associate – Social Media

As a Senior Associate – Social Media, you will take ownership of key client accounts, driving growth strategy, execution, and performance across platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of how platform algorithms work and hands-on experience building creator partnerships, alongside client-facing confidence. You will mentor team members while owning client relationships independently and staying accountable for growth numbers across your accounts.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end growth (followers, reach, engagement) across multiple client accounts, with direct accountability for results
- Develop and evolve platform-specific growth strategies based on a current, working understanding of how each algorithm rewards content
- Mentor and guide junior associates/interns, reviewing content, coaching on strategy, and ensuring smooth workflow within the team
- Source, negotiate, and manage collaborations with content creators and influencers, from outreach through execution
- Review, refine,



and approve content calendars before publishing, ensuring brand voice and quality standards are met
- Analyze performance metrics across accounts and translate data into strategy shifts, not just reporting
- Present growth reports, campaign ideas, and strategic recommendations directly to clients
- Manage client relationships independently, including leading conversations on strategy, calendars, and performance
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats, applying them proactively across the portfolio
- Collaborate with design and content teams to troubleshoot bottlenecks and ensure integrated, high-quality output
- Step in on shoots, creator collaborations, or urgent account needs when required
- Handle reputation and crisis management on client social platforms when required

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within an advertising or digital agency
