Role Summary Senior Data Privacy & Security specialist to support execution of a privacy-by-design and RBAC implementation across an enterprise analytics platform (Snowflake + Tableau). The role focuses on translating policy into executable controls, validating existing frameworks, and driving implementation across data layers and reporting asset. ________________________________________ Core Responsibilities • Assess & Validate Existing Privacy Framework o Evaluate client-provided privacy/security policies, RBAC workbook, and any existing artifacts o Identify gaps across data classification, access controls, masking, and governance • Define & Operationalize Privacy Controls o Translate policy into implementable controls across: $Bx(B Snowflake (roles, schemas, data layers) $Bx(B Tableau (persona-based access) o Establish and refine: $Bx(B Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model $Bx(B Row-Level Security (RLS)



design and implementation $Bx(B Column-level data masking rules $Bx(B Data tagging and classification standards • Embed Controls into Data & Analytics Stack o Work closely with data engineering teams to apply controls across: $Bx(B Bronze $B"*(B Silver $B"*(B Gold data layers $Bx(B Reporting assets (dashboards and operational reports) o Ensure PHI/PII tagging and enforcement at the data layer • Data Classification & Metadata Enablement o Define and operationalize data classification model (e.g., PHI, PII, PCI) o Align controls to data dictionary and reporting inventory (column-level understanding required) • Leverage & Enhance Existing Assets o Build on prior RBAC frameworks (where ~4050% usable) and expand to full implementation scope o Extend controls to cover gaps (e.g., dashboards, personas, data domains) • Standards & Reusable Artifacts o Codify outputs into a repeatable SOP/playbook for ongoing client use o Ensure artifacts support scalability for recent data products and use cases • Stakeholder Alignment & Advisory o
