Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Java Full Stack Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture, design, and development of a next-generation enterprise product from the ground up. This is a pure product engineering role requiring a hands-on technology leader who can architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions while balancing business objectives with technical excellence.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise across backend and frontend technologies, cloud-native architectures, microservices, DevSecOps, and enterprise integration. This role demands strategic thinking, solid engineering leadership, and the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design




- Design and own end-to-end enterprise architecture for large-scale product development.
- Define technology strategy, architecture standards, and engineering best practices.
- Build highly scalable, secure, resilient, and cloud-native solutions.
- Drive architecture decisions considering scalability, performance, maintainability, and cost optimization.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Product Engineering
- Lead greenfield product development from concept through production.
- Define application architecture, reusable frameworks, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Ensure modular, API-first, event-driven, and microservices-based architecture.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Full Stack Technology Leadership
- Architect backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, GraphQL, Kafka, and distr
