Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Email Marketing Trainer to train and mentor students in email marketing strategies, automation, and campaign execution within a digital marketing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging online sessions, provide hands-on training, and help students develop job-ready skills in creating high-converting email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live online training sessions on email marketing concepts and tools.
- Teach core topics including:
- Email Marketing Fundamentals
- Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Email Copywriting & Subject Lines
- Email Design & Templates
- List Building & Segmentation
- Marketing Automation & Workflows
- A/B Testing & Optimization
- Email Deliverability & Spam Compliance
- Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Train students on tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, ConvertKit, etc.
- Design and update curriculum, presentations, assignments, and case studies.
- Provide hands-on training through live campaign creation and automation setup.




- Guide students in building email marketing portfolios (campaigns, workflows).
- Conduct assessments, feedback sessions, and track student progress.
- Mentor students on freelancing and career opportunities in email marketing.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve course quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in email marketing.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and automation tools.
- Experience in online teaching or virtual training platforms is preferred.
