Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts, develop engaging content strategies, coordinate with creative teams, and improve brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, audience engagement, and social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee clients' social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars based on client goals.
- Plan content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, polls, and other engaging formats.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure creatives are delivered on time.
- Review and ensure all content and creatives are aligned with the client's brand guidelines.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions,



and audience interactions and ensure timely responses.
- Analyze social media performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, followers, and enquiries.
- Prepare and share monthly social media performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with social media trends, Instagram/Reels trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Develop creative campaigns and engagement ideas such as polls, contests, interactive stories, and trend-based content.
- Work closely with the SMM, SEO, Content, Design, and Paid Ads teams to maintain a consistent digital marketing strategy.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure deadlines are met.
- Participate in client calls and understand their requirements, feedback, and expectations.
- Take ownership of social media performance and continuously improve the strategy.

Required Skills
