About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is confident in communication, comfortable speaking with people, eager to learn, and interested in Sales, Marketing, Branding, and Digital Business Development.

The role involves identifying potential clients, reaching out to prospects, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into meaningful business conversations.

The candidate should be comfortable with telecalling, follow ups, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and direct client communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
- Generate leads through online research, social media, LinkedIn, references, and other channels




- Make skilled outbound calls and introduce RGB Global Design and its services
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Understand client requirements and identify relevant branding and marketing services
- Schedule meetings between prospects and the creative or business team
- Maintain lead and prospect information
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and service introductions
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Support client communication and relationship management
- Track leads, follow ups, meetings, and business opportunities
- Learn about branding, digital marketing, creative services, and how agencies work with clients
