Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform CAE analysis for 2W/4W aluminium die-cast components.
- Conduct structural, thermal, fatigue and performance simulations as applicable.
- Evaluate design feasibility and identify potential failure areas.
- Support optimization of component geometry for weight, strength and manufacturability.
- Prepare technical analysis reports and recommendations.
- Work closely with Product Design, NPD and Testing teams for design validation. .
Key Skills
- Good exposure in CAE / FEA.
- Knowledge of 2W/4W Components; Structural & Thermal Analysis, GD&T.;
- Valuable problem-solving, communication and CFT coordination skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience.
- Diploma /B.Tech. / B.E. degree
- Proficiency in UG NX (preferred) CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD
