Blutrak Solutions runs electric bus fleets for the Delhi government under a live contract with Switch Mobility - 240 e-buses across our Okhla and Tehkhand depots. We're hiring a Works Manager to run the Okhla depot day-to-day - fleet uptime, driver and technician supervision, and SLA compliance.

What you'll own:
- Daily fleet uptime - preventive and corrective maintenance, tyre checks, charging turnaround
- Driver and technician supervision - deployment, attendance, shift discipline
- Breakdown response and root-cause follow-up
- Daily MIS to the client and to HO - uptime, breakdowns, km run
- Depot safety and housekeeping to government-contract standard

What we need:
- 4-6 years in fleet, transport, bus or depot operations with direct supervisory experience
- Real, hands-on ownership of vehicle uptime - not just dashboard reporting
- Comfortable on the floor for the shift, not behind a desk
- Firm, fair man-management of drivers and technicians
- Shift-based availability including weekends/rotational shifts
