We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Sales Manager to lead sales activities for our real estate projects in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales activities for assigned real estate projects.
- Generate business through leads, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Handle incoming leads and convert prospects into site visits and bookings.
- Conduct property presentations and explain project specifications, pricing, payment plans, and amenities to clients.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, legal, and documentation teams to ensure smooth closure of transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Mentor and guide sales executives/team members to improve their performance.

Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Noida/NCR.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Noida real estate market.
- Convincing skills.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle sales pressure and work towards targets.
- Strong networking and lead-conversion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM software will be an advantage.
