Role & responsibilities
- Female Employee Welfare & Counseling: Act as a primary liaison for shop-floor female workers; provide confidential counseling on work-life issues, health, and hygiene.
- Committee Management: Actively coordinate and participate in internal committees such as POSH (ICC), Works Committee, Canteen Committee, and Safety/Health Committees.
- Facility & Amenities Inspection: Conduct daily inspections of factory crche, rest rooms, medical room/first-aid facilities, drinking water, and canteen sanitation to maintain hygienic standards.
- Engagement & Retention: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, health check-up camps, and awareness programs to reduce turnover.
- Grievance Resolution: Resolve day-to-day worker issues promptly and report critical floor insights to the HR Manager.
