Business Development Executive (BDE) IT sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1+ years of experience in IT/Software Sales or Business Development. The candidate should have robust knowledge of Salesforce and experience in selling Web Development, Mobile App Development, Custom Software, and/or Salesforce solutions.

The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to negotiation, deal closure, and handover to the delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Identify and research potential clients, companies, industries, and decision-makers.
- Generate, qualify, nurture, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements for Web, Mobile App, Custom Software, and Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, business objectives, budgets, and timelines.




- Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closure and client handover.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, and SOWs.
- Maintain leads, opportunities, activities, follow-ups, pipeline, and reports in Salesforce CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams for successful deal closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales, Software Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM & IT Sales.
- Good understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, implementation, customization, and integration.
