About the role

Partner Sales Manager will drive Geography specific alliance business and own GTM (sell with / sell through) target for identified geo. The Regional Alliance Manager will be reporting to Head Partner Management

Business Growth
- Own GTM target for geo based on regional business plan.
- Develop & drive engagement with alliance and sales team at account level. Create account level plan
- Drive regional events, workshops,



campaigns and account planning session with partner to develop solid pipeline for the regional customer accounts.
- Do weekly review with Regional Sales Head and track business progress.
- Biweekly review to identify gaps and course correction required to close pipeline leads
- Track revenue, wins, pipeline and delivery gaps for alliance engagements in the region
- Popularize business offering by Conducting product launch & awareness sessions for geo sales team

Regional Alliance Initiatives
- Generate leads through alliance partner relationship for new logo addition
- Own product resell business for identified geography
- Identify partner and industry events in the region & facilitate adequate participation.
- Secure investments from regional partner organization (Sponsorships, Customer/Sales meets)
- Competitive benchmarking of alliance products for the geo market
- Drive recent initiative and revenue growth for the region
- Ensure preferred partner status
