Energetic individual with minimum 5 years of experience. Responsible to support and administer actions relating to Payroll, Analytics, PMS, TA, Culture and Engagement, Training and Development matters.

Job Responsibilities
Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Regional HR Business Partner, to integrate data from multiple systems for comprehensive analysis.
- Monitor and coordinate Payroll and associated aspects including reporting of monthly trackers and statutory and actuarial reports as applicable.




- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with Operational goals
- Present findings and data-driven recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in people analytics and HR technology.
- Continuously improve data collection processes, reporting standards, and analytical techniques.
- SPOC (single point of contact) for all HR Operational activities for the region aligned

People Metrics & Insights
- Measure and track key HR metrics to provide insights on workforce trends and business outcomes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to employee performance, turnover, recruitment, engagement, Training and Development, attrition and retention.
