Sr Manager- Manufacturing Production Planning & Control
1. Organizes the downstream flows within the manufacturing plant and improves
the manufacturing SC performance. Responsible to run the Distribution Requirement Planning and the Manufacturing Production Scheduling.
Ensures the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management
2. Manage the plant's Master Production Schedule (forecast workload/capacity, suppliers forecast)
3. Manage the flow of raw materials and the sub-assemblies from suppliers to the workshop, the flow of the plant's finished goods from the workshop to the distribution centers/customers and flows in solution activities.
4. Lead the Master Production Plan (MPP)process with the other functions

Supervise for the plant the waiting queue management and implement the queue management
6. Monitor and improve the downstream SC performance at plant level
7. Be the key user for the department for information system
8. SIOP Process Knowledge and Exposure in the MPP & VF
9. Weekly Production Schedules and Coordination with regions for customer orders
10. Knowledge of ETO Orders Execution
11. Analytical Skills, Digital & Process Oriented.
12. Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and distribution requirement planning
13. Outstanding coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
