Job Description: DMS Executive

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining data in the Dealer Management System, coordinating with sales and service teams, and ensuring timely documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer and vehicle details in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Process bookings, invoicing, delivery entries, and other dealership transactions.
- Ensure accuracy of sales, finance, insurance, and registration records.
- Coordinate with sales and service departments for smooth operations.




- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Monitor pending activities and ensure timely completion.
- Support management with data analysis and reporting requirements.

Eligibility
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- 1–2 years of experience in Automobile Industry, Administration, or Data Entry.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Familiarity with DMS software is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Tamil; basic English preferred.
