Role & responsibilities
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in supply chain execution, post-order expediting, vendor follow-up, logistics coordination, or materials management in an EPC, manufacturing, or project-based organisation. Candidates with more experience are equally encouraged to apply.
- Freshers or candidates with less than 2 years of experience will not be considered unless they can demonstrate exceptional aptitude, domain knowledge, or relevant internship / project exposure.
- Prior experience in any of the following functions is highly valued: vendor expediting, procurement coordination, project logistics, site materials management, inspection coordination, or factory liaison roles.
- Experience working with EPC contractors,



infrastructure project environments (water, power, railways, oil & gas, solar), or industrial manufacturing vendors is preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM / Oracle / any equivalent) for purchase order tracking, GRN, and material movement or willingness to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with inspection and quality documentation (ITP, MDCC, MTC, NCR, COC, test certificates) is an advantage.
- Prior experience reading and interpreting purchase orders, delivery schedules, packing lists, and vendor documentation is desirable.
