Main Responsibilities
Core SharePoint Competencies
- Up-to-date Site Architecture: Creating Hub, Communication, and Team sites.
- Information Architecture: Designing intuitive navigation, metadata, and content types.
- Permission Management: Implementing secure, role-based access control (RBAC) groups.
- SharePoint Framework (SPFx): Building custom web parts and extensions.
Design & Customisation Skills
- UX/UI Design: Applying corporate branding,



custom themes, and JSON column formatting.
- Web Languages: Writing custom HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript for advanced layouts.
- Canvas Components: Building advanced structures using Microsoft Viva Connections dashboards.
Microsoft 365 Integration
- Power Automate: Creating complex approval workflows and lifecycle automation.
- Power Apps: Designing custom list forms and tailored business applications.
- Microsoft Graph API: Integrating external data streams directly into SharePoint.
Data & Governance
- Microsoft Purview: Enforcing data retention schedules and sensitivity labels.
- SharePoint Admin Center: Managing storage quotas, external sharing, and term stores.
- Migration Tools: Using the SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) or ShareGate.
