Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

1. Provide Pan India IT support to all branch offices and employees, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

2. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, operating systems, and business applications.

3. Manage and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi connectivity, and internet services.

4. Administer company email accounts, user access rights, system permissions, and related IT services.

5. Provide remote support for Tally Server, VPN, remote access tools, and other business-critical applications.

6. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.

Ensure smooth functioning of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and data storage devices.

8. Resolve attendance software issues, mobile attendance configurations, and employee punching-related concerns.

9. Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repair, replacement, rental, and maintenance of IT equipment and services.

10. Maintain IT asset inventory, hardware records, software licenses, and support documentation.

11. Perform regular system maintenance, software updates, data backups, and security checks to ensure business continuity.

12. Support new employee onboarding by setting up systems, email IDs, user accounts, and required IT resources.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
