Dhupa Brother Trading Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tender Executive with hands-on expertise in GeM Portal, Government & Defence procurement.
? Key Responsibilities:
• Identify & monitor Government/Defence tenders
• Handle GeM, e-Tenders & Reverse Auctions
• Prepare & submit technical & commercial bids
• Manage BOQ, compliance sheets, EMD, BG & tender documentation
• Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers & internal teams
• Track tender status, corrigenda, results & contract awards
? Requirements:
• Strong experience in GeM & Defence tenders
• Government/PSU procurement experience preferred
• Valuable communication, coordination & follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
