Role Overview

Inertia Engineering Solutions is looking for a proactive Techno-Commercial Executive to support business development, tender management, client engagement, and corporate branding. The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, preparing techno-commercial proposals, coordinating tender submissions, maintaining client relationships, and strengthening the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track government, PSU, and private-sector tenders relevant to structural engineering, NDT, and engineering consultancy services.
- Prepare and coordinate techno-commercial proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), empanelment, and tender submissions through various e-procurement portals.
- Maintain records of tender opportunities, submission schedules, pre-bid meetings, and contractual documentation.
- Generate new business leads through institutional outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and professional networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and government organizations.




- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to prepare technical proposals, capability statements, presentations, and company profiles.
- Manage the company's website, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms by publishing project updates, technical achievements, and marketing content.
- Prepare business correspondence, client communications, meeting minutes, reports, and marketing documentation using MS Office.
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and identification of new business opportunities within the infrastructure and engineering sector.
- Support contract documentation, proposal follow-ups, and client onboarding activities.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering, or
- BBA / MBA (Marketing or Business Development)
- Candidates with a Civil Engineering background and an interest in business development will be preferred.
