Furhour is an early-stage pet-tech startup building Bangalore’s leading hyperlocal pet-care marketplace. We connect pet parents with trusted local service providers—including top veterinarians, grooming salons, pet boarders, and qualified walkers—while fostering a vibrant local pet parent community.

About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Marketing Lead to build our brand presence, and drive demand across Bangalore. You will own our marketing engine end-to-end—from digital content and social media strategy to partner co-marketing and real-world field activations.

What Will You Own:
- GTM & Strategy: Develop and execute Furhour's overall marketing strategy across digital and offline channels.
- Social & Content: Own our social media presence—content planning, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram and LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Hyperlocal Growth: Plan and run hyperlocal campaigns to drive app downloads and brand awareness across key Bangalore areas.
- Brand Partnerships:



Identify and execute brand partnership and collaboration opportunities with pet stores, clinics, and local brands.
- Performance Marketing: Lead performance marketing initiatives and track ROI on all campaigns.
- Community Building: Build and grow Furhour's pet parent community across online platforms and offline events.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide Marketing Interns to execute daily field distribution and activations.
- Analytics & Reporting: Report weekly on marketing metrics, user acquisition growth, and campaign performance to leadership.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, brand management, social media strategy, or startup launch execution.
- Demonstrated track record of planning and executing end-to-end digital and offline marketing campaigns from scratch.
