Role Description The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati, responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a high-performing sales team. Daily activities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching, feedback, and support to team members to ensure goals are met. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and collaborating closely with marketing and technical teams to position Welinnov's digital and technology services effectively. The Sales Team Lead will oversee the sales pipeline, prepare reports and forecasts, and ensure a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction. This role also requires contributing to sales processes, refining strategies, and representing Welinnov professionally in client meetings and industry interactions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including deal closing, negotiation, and pipeline management.

Candidates should possess effective Team Management capabilities, including mentoring,



performance monitoring. and fostering collaboration.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present solutions and build client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem resolution, and long-term client retention.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track KPls, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Experience in technology, digital services, sales is highly beneficial. experience in a sales leadership or senior sales role, preferably in a B2B environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapting to evolving market needs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
