A fast-growing US fintech is scaling its India team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire technical support engineers. You will sit at the point where product meets customer, solving real technical problems for a company handling money at scale. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will troubleshoot technical issues, dig into logs and APIs, and work with engineering to get customers unblocked quickly and correctly.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the product and APIs
- Investigate logs, errors, and integrations to find root causes
- Reproduce bugs and write clear, detailed reports for engineering
Collaboration & Knowledge
- Partner with engineering and product to escalate and close issues
- Build and maintain help articles and internal troubleshooting guides
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1 to 5 years in technical support, support engineering, or a similar role
- Comfort reading logs, using APIs, and writing basic SQL queries
- Solid problem-solving and clear technical communication
- A reliable remote-work setup and comfort with support tooling
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to fintech, payments, or SaaS products
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Datadog, or Zendesk
- Comfort with a partial US time-zone overlap
