Role Description
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of ManufApp’s solutions for manufacturing clients, including requirement gathering, process mapping, system configuration, and deployment on customer sites. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with client stakeholders, conducting product demonstrations, training users, monitoring adoption, and addressing implementation issues in a timely manner. The specialist will work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth go-live,



high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of implementation practices. The role also involves documenting best practices, providing feedback on product enhancements, and supporting clients in achieving measurable operational improvements.

Qualifications
- Robust analytical skills to interpret manufacturing data, understand operational workflows, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Experience in software implementation within manufacturing or industrial environments, including configuration, testing, and user training.
- Customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and support clients through change.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
