- The Head IT will lead the organizations IT strategy, infrastructure, and enterprise systems to enable business growth, operational efficiency, and digital resilience.
- This role will focus on strengthening core IT capabilities, ensuring robust governance, cybersecurity, and seamless integration of technology across all business functions.
- Define and implement the organizations IT strategy aligned with business goals
- Establish solid IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud environments, and end-user systems
- Ensure high system availability, uptime, and performance across all locations
- Lead IT service management (ITSM) and support functions
- Manage and optimize enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and supply chain platforms
