Job Description

EV URJAA Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Manager for its Madhya Pradesh operations. The role involves on-ground sales, client acquisition, and coordination for EV charging stations.

Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for EV charging & swapping solutions
- Conduct client meetings and site visits across Indore/Ujjain/Bhopal/Jabalpur Areas
- Convert leads into confirmed projects and franchises
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth execution
- Maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and client records
- To Sell and Set Up EV charging Station with other EV Products in nearby areas.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (EV / Automotive / Energy preferred)
- Local candidate from Lucknow only
- A Candidate Must be ready to travel for meetings in different cities.




- A candidate should have a 2 wheeler and he must be well known with Indore/Ujjain City.
- A candidate must posses good communication skills. He or She must have sound skills in sales.
- Good knowledge of Lucknow routes and nearby areas
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Should be able to optimize and work with team for location identification and business development.
- Should team player.

Experience
- Sales: 1-2 year (Preferred)

Compensation
- For Fresher first 3 month 15000+2000/- (travel Allowance)
- For Experience Candidates, Fixed salary ₹16,000–₹18,000 per month +2000/- (travel Allowance) + performance-based incentives
- Salary is negotiable for candidates with strong sales performance and relevant experience Charging domain only.
- Incentive of 8,000/-Per sales, Post confirmation. ( Candidate should able to convert complete end to end sales
- Should have prior client basis.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
