Cocktail Consultant Required

Location: Kolkata, India

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Cocktail Consultant to develop and elevate the beverage programme for our premium hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities

Create innovative and exclusive signature cocktails.

Design seasonal and themed beverage menus.

Develop recipe manuals, costing sheets, and beverage SOPs.

Train and mentor bartenders to ensure consistency and quality.

Recommend glassware, garnishes, presentation styles, and bar equipment.

Assist with menu engineering to maximize profitability.

Ensure beverage offerings align with the brand identity and guest experience.

Provide guidance on bar operations, inventory management, and quality control.

Desired Qualifications

Proven experience as a Mixologist, Beverage Consultant, or Bar Consultant.

Strong knowledge of spirits, wines,



liqueurs, syrups, infusions, and cocktail trends.

Experience in creating signature cocktail programmes for premium bars, restaurants, or hotels.

Excellent training and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Engagement

Contractual / Project-Based Assignment.

Flexible duration based on scope of work and deliverables.
