Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Paid Ads role based in Hisar. The Paid Ads Specialist will plan, create, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google to drive leads, sales, and return on ad spend. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting audience and keyword research,



setting up and managing ad sets, tracking campaign performance, and running A/B tests to improve results. The role involves collaborating with the creative, content, and web teams to align landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging, as well as preparing clear performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients. The specialist will stay current with platform updates, AI-driven tools, and best practices in performance marketing to continuously refine strategies.

Qualifications
- Solid skills in performance marketing and paid ads management, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management on Meta and Google Ads.
- Ability to analyze data with tools such as Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and spreadsheets to interpret metrics, track conversions, and make data-driven decisions.
