About the Company: We are a fast-growing real estate firm specializing in land acquisition, feasibility studies, and development planning. Our team works on identifying promising land parcels, evaluating development potential, and transforming raw land into viable residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Head to lead business development, opportunity origination, feasibility evaluation, strategic partnerships and investment initiatives across Real Estate and emerging asset classes. The role will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, evaluating their technical and financial viability, structuring transactions and driving them from initial sourcing through closure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead identification and evaluation of opportunities across residential/commercial redevelopment, SRA, land acquisition, townships, plotted developments and strategic development projects.
- Build a strong pipeline of landowners, developers, consultants, architects, lawyers, transaction advisors,



institutional investors, family offices and other chance sources.
- Evaluate proposals from consultants and advisory firms such as PwC, KPMG, architects, lawyers and other intermediaries from technical, financial, legal and commercial perspectives.
- Identify and aggregate land parcels outside MMR for township and plotted development in partnership with established developers/investors.
- Originate and structure JVs, JDAs, strategic alliances, revenue-sharing arrangements and other transaction structures with leading developers and institutional partners.
- Explore opportunities across logistics/MMLPs, education parks, ports, semiconductor facilities, data centers and co-living.
- Conduct preliminary market, location, infrastructure and commercial feasibility assessments.
